 How to Fix the Abnormal Status         

If screen shows you this message ,pls send us the picture of MAC number under the box via email, it only can be fixed by our side.
Once fixed, pls restart the box and enter the iptv it should be okay.

If still not working ,and keep loading page, pls download and install the new apk, then will be okay.
Just do not reset the box again,it is no helpful,as same the abnormal message will come again .
