2--How long does it takes to get the channels after I pay ?

    During our working time,the channel package will be immediately added,If its not our working time, the channel package will be added within 12 hours.

خلال فترة عملنا، قناة الصفقة وسيتم على الفور وأضاف، إذا لا وقت العمل، سيتم إضافة قناة مجموعة داخل 12 ساعة.

3--How these channels be added to the receiver(machine)?

     Please must leave mac number when you place order,the channels will be added according to the TV Box MAC number(there is a label on the bottom of the box,with mac number).

٣.كيف ستتم إضافة هذه القنوات الي الرسيفر (الجهاز) الخاص بي ؟

أرجو أن تدخل رقم ماك عند وضع النظام، سيتم إضافة قناة حزمة حسب المربع رقم ماك، هناك علامة على الجزء السفلي من مربع، مع رقم ماك.

4--What I need to do to get the channels ? where I can find them ?

       After we add the channels package, you will get an email notices you the order was shipped. Then you just need to power off then power on the box, the channels will be automaticly appear. 

 ٤.بعد اتمامي لشراء الحزمه مالذي يجب عليه فعله للحصول علي هذه القنوات، وكيف يمكنني العثور علي هذه القنوات الفضائية ؟ 

بعد قيامك بشراء الحزمة سوف يقوم أحد عملائنا بتجهيز القنوات الفضائية المطلوبة وارسالها اليكم في الحال. بعد ارسالها سوف نقوم بارسال رساله بريد الكتروني اليك . إن محتوى البريد الالكتروني هو الآتي : لقد تم ريال القنوات الفضائية التي قمت بطلبها . في ذالك الوقت ماعليك القيام به هو أن تقوم بإغلاق الرسيفر (الجهاز) الخاص بك ثم قم بتشغيله مره اخري ، ومن ثم سوف تضاف القنوات الفضائية الخاصه بك الي الرسيفر بل والقيام بالتحديث تلقائياً. سوف تجد قنوات كأس العالم في لائحة القنوات الرياضيه Sports
